Dr. Nancy Tarr Hart
Dr. Nancy Tarr Hart is an intuitive and mystic, the understanding of her gifts fully ignited in 1999 when she enrolled in a part-time undergrad program for adult students from which, in 2005, she earned a BA in Philosophy and Religious Studies, summa cum laude from the Notre Dame of Maryland University (NDMU).
She continued on her Spirit/Sophia guided academic journey and, in 2013, was awarded a Ph.D. in Religious Studies with a concentration in feminist theory, the Divine Feminine, and Marian studies from the University of Trinity Saint David, Lampeter, Wales.
Recently she has come full circle academically (and according to Spirit/Sophia’s plan) and is back at NDMU—this time as an Assistant Professor teaching courses in philosophy and religious studies. Nancy is also an ardent fiber artist who enjoys traveling, writing, gardening, reading, and sharing her home with her beautiful black kitties, Kali and Bastet.
