Kevin Schoeninger
Kevin Schoeninger is an author and teacher of Mind-Body training, including Mindfulness, Meditation, Qigong, and Reiki.
Growing up highly-sensitive and introverted, he often felt anxious and overwhelmed in the world. He had many self-doubts, few friends, and strong feelings that he didn’t fit in. He was beaten up and bullied. Because of these experiences, he became passionate about finding inner strength and peace of mind.
In 1984, he took a month-long trek through the wilderness in Colorado and Utah, where he experienced a profound sense of calm clarity and inner peace. He was free from tension, anxiety, and worry and felt a deep appreciation, gratitude, and trust.
He came away from this experience wanting to know how he could cultivate and expand this state of being and share it with others. For over thirty years, his quest led him to study T’ai Chi, Qigong, meditation, Kriya Yoga, Reiki, and other mind-body training techniques. From these practices, he distilled the essential steps anyone can use to find peace of mind.
Today, Kevin writes and teaches these techniques to help you release the limiting thoughts, feelings, and habits that create worry, stress, and anxiety, so you can be more relaxed, aware, focused, effective, and connected to “who you are” and “what you are here to do.”
Kevin graduated from Villanova University in 1986 with a Master’s Degree in Philosophy, and is Certified as a Personal Trainer, Life Coach, Qigong Meditation Master Instructor, and Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master Teacher.
He has written and taught in the field of Mind-Body Training for over 35 years.
His latest book is “Clear Quiet Mind: 4 Simple Steps to Deep Inner Peace,” which is available on Amazon. He has an accompanying series of guided meditations, “Clear Quiet Mind Meditations” available on I-tunes.

Kevin lives in Colorado with his wife and two sons and is passionate about participating in the awakening of awareness, uplifting of human consciousness, and care of our Planet through meditation, compassionate action, and daily practice.
As he likes to say:
“Let your mind become still and clear,
Like a reflecting pool, mirroring Heaven.”
