You Are Enough – Just As You Are! Sometimes the stress of the holiday season can become so demanding that we lose sight of who we are and our purpose for being. Join Teri Angel & Neelam Minocha as they talk about how to remember or re-discover our worthiness. We will lead a meditation to help us all get centered and feel into our worthiness.

Wintertime is when everything lies dormant in the silent earth; it is a sacred time of rest and reflection before the awakening toward brighter days. This is a time of going within. It is this darkness and silence out of which our soul’s yearnings and new inspirations can eventually emerge. By allowing ourselves to feel our emotions and experience our own darkness, the darkness itself can become the spiritual cradle into which our inner light and new life is born. Winter Solstice is the great stillness before the Sun’s strength builds, and days grow longer. It can be a time to rest and reflect and then move forward into the sunlight. We will discuss some ways you can honor this time in your life and how to let go of that which is no longer serving you. Our culminating activity for the Sunday Summits was inspired by Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael and Divine Mother and included a Ceremony of Light, a celebration that was channeled by Archangel Michael expressly for our community. The evening promises to be a beautiful, heart-centered, spirit-led chakra clearing, planet-healing, meditative experience and led by Deb Goldberg, Teri Angel & Dr. Ruth Anderson.
