Beware the Lure of the Internet: Advice from Divine Mother
by Dr. Ruth Anderson
What if Divine Mother was to warn you about the lure of the internet? What is she advised you to stay off the internet?
This was the case recently with me. I was blessed in meditation by a visit from Divine Mother in which she showed me an energetic grid that was massive, sporadic, and very dense, with a thriving, energetic frequency. When I got too close to it, I felt like it wanted to suck me in, and it was difficult for me to keep my balance when I was near it. I understood that if I gave in and was consumed by the grid, it could take control of my ability to think for myself and stand in my own strength.
I asked Divine Mother, “How do I avoid this?” She answered, “Stay off the Internet.”
Wow! Was she saying that this grid of seductive energetic synapses is representative of what happens when people are connected to the Internet? That’s a daunting reality.
Was she suggesting that I completely disconnect from the Internet?
But I use my laptop to write every day. Did I need to give up my computer? She answered that writing and connecting with people was okay. Mindless watching of Facebook, YouTube videos, reading the news, and getting caught up in the emotions of it all didn’t benefit me and could ensnare me in this grid of energy. The grid is not human, does not feed my soul, and does not enable me to touch souls of others.
I know that I am capable of spending hours online, particularly when I am feeling vulnerable, need validation, or want to seek escape. I had never seen this grid of vibrational frequency before I saw it representing the Internet. I wonder if the network is entirely human-made; it feels like it has otherworldly energy to it that is not from our planet Earth. I have seen that some humans also have an alien aspect to them, and it wouldn’t surprise me if the Internet was based on otherworldly ideas and technology.
I’m not saying that good things can’t happen through the Internet. There are some very positive reasons to use it. But if I was a conspiracy theorist, I could let myself believe that otherworldly beings want us to numb ourselves and our thinking capabilities, so we don’t do those things that make us uniquely human: think, feel, and love. When we are mindlessly lost on the Internet, if we are hooked into matching this energetic web or grid, are we not dumbed down to the lowest common denominator of that grid?
I suppose the same could be said for mindlessly watching TV. You know, the mindless escape when it’s 2:00 in the morning and the inertia that keeps you sitting in the chair watching yet one more rerun is stronger than the energy required to get up and go to bed.
Are you still with me? I need to process all this new information about the Internet. I do know that I have grief about the younger generation and their addiction to all things technological, which is more important than their connections with actual living humans. But for now, I will be aware and cognizant of how the Internet affects me personally.
But I do invite you to feel free to unplug from your computer. Readers, I invite you to give yourself permission to unplug from your computer and stay off the internet.
