What Would You Have Me Do?

By Kim Venter

Where ever we are – right now – in this present moment – is the perfect place – to stop and pause and realize that this moment is a blessing – a gift – an opportunity to to listen to the voice of God to inform us of how we can take part in extending the Kingdom.

It is a chance to ask, “what would you have me do?” and listen for the Voice of Love to prompt us to make that call, reach out to that person, think or speak a prayer, forgive a judgement of ourself or another person or situation. We can choose, with our free will, to cultivate being a conduit for the Voice of Love, over the voice of fear, which shows up as anything not of love. We can choose to be willing to see things differently when we catch ourselves being negative. We can choose to ask for guidance to choose again. We have free will for a reason – so that we can choose.

No moment is ordinary. Every moment is extra-ordinary in this time-space reality. We can use the time to be of service to the Holy Spirit which is inviting us to extend the kingdom through extending love to what is in front of us or in our minds – and building up treasures in Heaven. Or, we can use the time to place judgement on what is in front of us or in our minds – and continue joining with the ego, which is all about experiencing what is not of Love during our life journey – all about contrast, comparisons, complexity, and defending our persona.

So, it is our choice. It is the spiritual battle. It takes a desire – a willingness – an intention – perseverance – to choose again for the Voice of Love. But, in the end it is the path to bringing Heaven to Earth. It is the path to true joy and fulfillment. It is the path to peace. 🌷🌷 Thank you Jesus for these teachings.
